Raw Food Weight Loss – Secrets of Raw Food Weight Loss
The foundations for raw food diet. The raw food diet promotes that an individual lives a lifestyle where they eat approximately 75-100% uncooked, unprocessed and most often organic foods. Raw food weight loss programs have started to grow in popularity in western society. This is based on the philosophy that as more people learn about the negative affects processed foods have on the body, more people have started to eliminate processed food from their diet. The byproduct from this has been an increasing amount of weight loss.
There are four secrets to incorporating a successful raw food weight loss diet into your daily routine:
Secret One – Eat raw foods. Eating raw foods is slightly different from just being a vegetarian. Most vegetarians will cook their meals. When you eat raw foods you are eating your food just as they come out of the ground. Cooking your food can cause them to lose a good percentage of their nutrients.
Secret Two – Eat foods high in alkaline. Most of your body fat is considered acid. Eating foods that are high in alkaline will make you thin. Your body will achieve healthy weight loss when it is alkaline pH. Alkaline foods raise the amount of oxygen that is absorbed into your blood stream. The more oxygen your blood takes in, the more balance your pH factor is, the more weight you can lose. Foods that are high in alkalize and low in acid are all green vegetables and herbs.
Secret Three – Eat organically grown foods. There are several reasons for eating organic foods. Organic foods tend to have a higher concentration of nutrients and minerals than conventional grown foods. This is especially true for alkalizing minerals. Therefore, eating organic foods will help speed up the weight loss process. Another reason is because you do not know what chemicals or pesticides are being used on your foods. Cooking your food will kill off most of the chemical residue. Eating your food raw will cancel out this process.
Secret Four – Eat delicious foods. You will be most likely to succeed in your raw food weight loss diet if you enjoy the foods that you are eating. You will want to make sure that you purchase only the freshest and organic foods on the market. You will also want to make sure you have some fun recipes at your disposal. Feel free to experiment.
The best part of incorporating the raw food weight loss diet program is that you can eat as much food as you want. You do not need to worry about counting your daily calorie intake. Hi, nice article. Just add few observes. Low fat begins with checking labels and warding off steamed foods. You can eat lean nubs like chicken, pork and even lean steak like sirloin. Lots of fruits and veggies…..salads, but you have to follow the dressing. Fertilizations can have a ton of greasy. There are deals of matters that you can have….just study your labels and prepare with green oil. Also, don’t think of it as a diet…think of it as a life style commute. You can still eat “bad stuff” once in a while, as long as you commonly eat low fat diets and healthy one.
